On august 25th their tech comes in and diagnosed my Carrier issue to be a bad zone board and that he was not getting voltage. This was American Home Shield dispatching them and then after 11 calls with total air and AHS they authorized replacement of Zone board and come Sep 3rd, tech comes is who is not knowledgeable and chatting with a Sr tech on the phone for help without the Zone board. Now he wants to fill freon?

Customer support hot line is bad and it takes 30+ minute on average to get someone and you never get a call back

First tech new what he was doing, 2nd tech was on the phone all the time with another tech and had no idea what he was doing!

Folks, my request is to thing twice before engaging with this company. Their actions are making AHS warranty look bad
