Total Air Care - Yeah. Never use them again

It has been since Jun 12 that they told us the circuit board died. They can’t get back out to us until the 29th! Customer service sucks! Leave a msg, hope someone calls you back (it will be before we close at 6 sir), and no way to talk to anyone other than the poor girl that has to answer their phine and deal with pissednoff customers. Have advised our warranty co to NEVER contact them again if we have an AC problem.

Total Air Care - ridiculous unacceptable customer service

We placed a service order through American home Shield, and it is now 18 hours later and we have yet to have an appointment set. Calling American home Shield is ridiculous as the wait time exceeds 30 minutes. Calling total air is even worse because we can't speak to a customer service representative, and even with leaving a message they do not call back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Total Air Care - Really slow... didn't show up and didn't call

Tried contacting through our home warranty service . They called us back and said they could not come out until Thurs. Gave us a time , didn't show up and didn't call. I got off my job and waited 4 hrs... no show. Now I have water damage down my bathroom wall for something that could have been repaired if they gave us an earlier appt or even showed up. Been trying to reach them for 5 hrs. Same message
