American Home Shield (AHS) sent them to my house to diagnose and fix my AC.The first time they came they said that there was no Freon in the system and that the condenser will need to be replaced. They said they had to get approval to perform the repair and that since my warentee is new that AHS may not cover it. They never sent the repair request into AHS. Service techs seem motivated to get in and out as fast as possible. They've been to our location 3 times. Get the A/C blowing cold and leave. 2 hours later, hot air. I asked him what he'd found on the outside unit, which seemed to be the one malfunctioning, and he said he wasn't going to look at it as his order only mentioned one unit. He did nothing, refused to look at the malfunctioning unit, then demanded I hurry up and pay him because he was late for his next appointment. The little girl they sent did not have a clue and blew the thermostat and had to replace that. After several calls back to the office to figure out the problem, they came up with reversing valve. Had to use Total air care because of home warranty. When you call you you have to wait 30 mins. Before you can talk to a human. This was after putting a service call online with the home warranty. After he left, my unit would not even turn on. I have to wait for Total Air Care to submit a form to AHS to get my repair done. That was over 24 hours ago. So we went from having an AC unit that could at least keep the home at 80 degrees to one not even working. Unfortunately my protective plan from AHS allows its contractors 49 hours to submit claims for approval, but a company that was concerned about its customers and its name would not wait...

This Comany is incapable of fixing my central air/heat system. They have sent various engineers at least 10 times over the last 5 months and it is still not working. The engineer is now not returning my calls. I hope Mr Michael Niquette who apparently owns the company is very proud. They should not be allowed to keep their BBB accreditation.
