Total Air Care - Not good!
Our home warranty assigned Total Air Care to come to our home for our a/c unit that was freezing up. The timeframe of 10-2 was assigned.
The technician showed up on time and said he couldnโt work on the unit because the ambient temperature was too low. It was 65 degrees and sunny outside. At his request, we called the company back to reschedule the service for the following day for the 10am-2pm time slot. Even with the appt confirmation, the company was a no-call no-show and said the work order was closed.
We called the warranty company and were told they did not close the work order so they had no idea who did. We are now awaiting Total Air Care to return because First American Home Warranty refused to switch to a new contractor, but this time we have zero confidence in their scheduling and their abilities and even less confidence in our home warranty company.
Itโs shocking that warranty companies hire contractors with practices of abusing a customerโs time and appearing incompetent in their ability to repair a unit. After this work order is complete both this company and the warranty company will no longer have our business.
Reason of review: Order processing issue.
