i was I informed by AHS that a technician of Total Air Care will arrive between 7 am to 11 am on September 23rd. When I called Total Air Care that morning the agent told me that it is between 8 and 12 pm.
When I called at 1145 am I was told that only after 12 pm she will be able to tell the time where it clearly states that the technician will arrive with that time range. Now it is way over 12 pm and no one showed up. I have called twice no one picks up even their emergency service is not responding.
Is that as we the customer are at their mercy and at the receiving end and have no choice but get our A/C fixed Our time has no value? Looks like these companies do not care.
