My Home Warranty Company referred me to Total Air Care to have my central air fixed. It took forever to get an appointment with them and once I did, they failed to keep the appointment.

Additionally, it was virtually impossible to contact them on the phone. Once they finally came out to access the problem, the tech acted like he couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem. He changed out several different things and still couldn’t get it to work. So he ordered an black box that took approximately 2 1/2 weeks to come.

Meanwhile a different tech came out, changed the thermostat and got the air working in less than 1/2 hour.

So, the first tech was, indeed the problem. Though the 2nd one fixed it in no time, it is not my intent to use Total Air Care again for my Air Conditioning needs.

I liked: Last technician knew how to get the job done.

I didn't like: It took over a month for them to fix the air.
