Worst Service Ever AHS is terrible as well

AC was suppose to be repaired with simple motor and fan replacement. Called them May 31st. Took 1 week for 1st visit. 1st visit was told it is a bad motor. (ordered motor) 2 visit another week later came to install motor but cannot get blade off. Took information to order blade. Week later appointment scheduled after I was told the blade come in. Asked for expedited service, told it was not possible because it was a half day job. 3rd visit guy comes by and says he is getting information to order the part. Still waiting one month into issue. AHS nor Total Air care will allow you to talk to anyone other than a call center. No resolution. Both companies simply put you on hold till you hang up.

Bad service and attitudes will not honor a parts warranty

installed two new compressors ,two weeks later they went bad they replaced them again and 5 months later they went bad again they wanted to charge for the compressors and and freon again the parts were not original trane the manager said it was caused by a power surge .we had no other electrical problems and he never saw the job

This company is unprofessional and needs to hire experienced technicians. It took this 2 weeks to fix a simple drain line. They was showed a picture of the problem by a experience Ac tech however the homeowner and a contact through her home insurance which Total Air care was who the use to fix AC. The tech cane out to a elderly woman house late at night. Made a claim that he fixed it and the next day, her house was flooding due to the tech not properly fixing the drain line. Could not contact company after hours.?House is a total mess. Do not use this company!

HORRIBLE

They came a week after I called & did nothing to fix it. They came back out at a later date & said it needed 2 parts. Now 3 weeks later, my AC is still not fixed. It’s 102 degrees outside & they couldn’t care less about customers!! Every time I call, they give me a different answer. Do NOT use these people, they are horrible!!!

Air condition

Deplorable customer service.., will not ever use them again. Tech been to my home 3 time 2 times in one week and AC is still not working been without AC going on three weeks no thanks total air care had to pay up front for the freon $675.00 and still no Ac. I have been calling everyday two and three time a day trying to rectify the problem.

A/c broke June 9, waited for part until June 25, now being told it’s still another week before they can get to me July 1st! Unacceptable time frame and customer service reps are extremely rude and not helpful!

Hi there I know you dont know me but 8m tired 9f total air care.ive contacted an attorney plus working on a class action lawsuit.with enough members we can also move forward.call Morgan and Morgan jacksonville +190******** and tell em you would like to join angela russo in a class action lawsuit.this office continues e rob people and cost bills due to thier neglagence.also look for a group I made called.total air care class action jacksonville.bare with us as we work for justice and updating. I’ve called and called to complain and they will not return my calls.

Still sitting in 90 heat inside and I had to spend $500 for a window unit just to get by. I’m stuck waiting on them bcuz of warranty.

Their personalized service is the pits and technicians are untrained! When you call plan to hold for 30 minutes or more.. Their system of tracking your problem is horrible. When you do talk to someone they will use a prewritten script and will say anything right or wrong to move onto the other calls holding. It's been 3 weeks since our issue started - finally, the technician showed up today. He never even checked to see if the unit was cooling before leaving! Yet, collected his money. Shortly after his departure it was obvious we still had a problem plus left the attic in a mess! We called right away to learn it would be another week before anyone could come back! Totally unacceptable!

Total aircare came to my house to fix my ac unit .The technican found out the line was clog.Then he went to his truck for the item he need to fix it didnt have it on the truck friday even.So we thinking we will be one of the first no such luck they did not have us on their monday schudule.No one even called.I call them now i have to wait another six days for them not having it on the truck.Never had service like this never use them be smart.

My air conditioner broke and I called First American Warranty. They linked me up with Total Air Care. I called made an appointment, someone came out a day or two later and assessed the problem for $75 and said it was the compressor. Said they would order the part, and when it arrives would come back and install it. 4 weeks later I'm still waiting. A lot of cancellations and no shows on their part. Still sitting in the heat.

WORSE COMPANY RUINED OUR A/C

INSTALLED COMPRESSOR THAT FAILED 6 MONTHS LATER. THEY CANNOT EVEN FIGURE OUT OUR BRAND OF CONDENSOR UNIT (IT IS CARRIER) THEY KEEP ARGUING IT IS A LENNOX. JOKE OF A COMPANY. WE ARE ORIGINAL OWNERS AND IT IS A CARRIER. THEY INSTALLED HERMETIC COMPRESSOR AND IT REQUIRES A SCROLL COMPRESSOR. WORKED FOR 6 MONTHS THEN QUIT. WE WAITED FOR 7 WEEKS WITH NO AIR AT ALL FOR THE PART AND COME TO FIND OUT 6 MONTHS LATER WE FIND OUT IT IS WRONG PART. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.

Total Air...you are the worst. Not only is the wait time is b.s. (45 minutes) to speak to someone but when you do speak to customerservice they are rude. Ok so a technician came out to replace a blow motor. He didn't replace it because he said that he needed another part. He then decides to replace the thermostat on the wall which was working fine. Since he has done this, my AC unit runs constantly despite having settings in place. Im so angry at how customers are treated and i pray that for every customer that Total Air has screwed over, they loose 20 customers as a result.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! Made 3 different apps with them and they did not show up to any of them and they did not call to say they wasn't or why they didn't show up. Customer service is horrible and when I asked for a manager I was told I cannot speak to one. I don't see how they're still in business. Any good review of them is fake!!!

They were suppose to be here today they have not called ive tried calling them numerous times kept getting transferred never talked to a person got put on hold for 20 minutes or longer each time i called waiting on someone to answer. Their customer service sucks and so does the ones that's suppose to do their service calls. I do not recommend using these people for nothing. This is no way to run a business. They are the only ones my American home shield uses thinking about doing away with them if this is the only A/C people they use. My guess is they are gonna loose a lot of customers if something isn't done about the service they are offering.
