My AC hasn't worked since 8/20/17, they came 4 times to fix it and all they did was replace 2parts and now they said they are waiting for another part that is in order. Today is 9/22/17 and I'm still waiting. This is what my American Home Shield hire to fix my AC. Please don't get the home warranty from this company and don't do business with Total Air Care they are not professional about this.

The technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure we knew he was coming and when you expect him. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He performed repairs quickly and efficiently and took the time to explain what he was doing and why at each step from diagnostics to repairs. He answered all of my questions to my complete understanding. I could not ask for better service!

I was on hold for 3 hours trying to get an issue resolved. My AC is broke for the 4th time due to their employees negligence of paying attention to detail. They did a half-assed job and now my AC isbroken for the 4th time. Tried to call the manager, and was hung up on 4 times. I'm furious.
